What versions of the software are covered on the e-Learning training?
Our tutorials each
cover multiple versions. The products are "backwards compatible"

meaning that they cover recent as well as earlier versions. When there
are differences
in functionality, it is demonstrated within the same lesson or in an entirely
different
lesson. This makes our tutorials as flexible as possible for offices with

What are the minimum system requirements?

are 28.8K or better. We recommend a broadband connection for best performance.

What are the subscription terms?
The minimum subscription term is listed on the product page and is automatically renewed on a month to month basis until you cancel. Charges are processed on your credit card on your monthly billing date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will end the day before your next anniversary date. No refund is issued for cancelled monthly memberships.
CPE Editions are for tax professionals seeking to meet their Continuing Professional Education requirements. Our CPE products include practice exams and final exam submission. CPE Editions are an annual subscription and are not included in the unlimited access training catalog offer.

Can
I copy the training or manuals?
The lessons and e-manuals
are copyrighted and it is illegal to make copies. However,
our e-Learning tutorials allow you access from any any PC meeting the
minimum system requirements.
Can I install the training on my corporate network?
Yes, with the proper licensing. We offer network licensing for Local Area Networks as well as Wide Area Networks. Network licensing allows you to install the lessons onto a single LAN or WAN, with unlimited user access. In addition, you receive all instruction e-manuals in PDF format with unlimited re-printing rights (not-for-profit use). Please contact us for LAN licensing quotes.
