Return / Refund Policy

For physical products (shipped to you):

You may return any unopened merchandise within 14 days of your order date for a full refund (minus shipping & handling). Opened merchandise or orders after 14 days are not refundable.

For digitally-delivered products:

No returns or refunds are available.

Delivery Information

Orders placed by 2:00 PM (ET) Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days (First Class) or 1-2 business days (Express).

International Shipping:

We ship via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery time is 8-14 business days. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
